Don’t skip meals if you want to lose weight
Do you believe you can lose weight by missing meals? Well, it is not true, in fact skipping meals will actually cause you to GAIN weight.
Here’s why – your metabolism will go into defensive mode, causing your body to actually hold on to calories and store them as fat reserves. If you feel you must a meal, or don't have the time, far better to have a fresh juice. At least you'll get your vitamins and minerals.
