Weight Loss Products - Lack of Evidence

'Choice' magazine issue Jan/Feb 06 has an article about weight loss products.
Veeeery interesting.

The National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC), the Australian federal government's expert body, gives this advice to GPs treating overweight people :

"There is no evidence of significant long-term weight loss from any of these weight loss products. Patients should be advised about the lack of evidence for using over-the-counter weight loss medication, and in some cases, the dangers of them."

Testimonials in product advertising, claiming extraordinary results, were always qualified in the fine print as "Featured cases are exceptional. Results may vary".

So don't risk your health, and don't waste your money.

Use a safe, natural, healthy diet to achieve your weight loss, without products or pills.

What have you got to lose? (Except your weight and health problems!)

What have you got to gain? (Exceptional energy levels, self esteem, a great figure and dramatically improved health)
