Sickness Everywhere

So many people I know are sick at the moment, mainly with colds. Did you know that colds are actually good for you? They are a natural, spontaneous way for our bodies to get rid of built-up toxins.

Why waste time sleeping?

My cat woke me very early this morning, and instead of being, well, unhappy (!), I actually felt fine, like I'd had enough sleep anyway.
One of the miracles of juice detoxing is that you need less sleep, and the sleep you do get is very restful, so you wake up refreshed and excited to start the day. Compare that to how I used to feel when I woke up - now that's a miracle!
So I got up and was able to get heaps done before everyone else was even stirring (except the cat of course).
