How Juices Can Help You

While we all know that we should eat at least 5 servings of fruit and vegetables each day for good health, how many of us actually do? With today's busy lifestyles, we are more likely to eat whatever is quick, easy and convenient.

Drinking freshly made juices is the natural way to overcome this problem. Just one glass of juice can contain 2 carrots, 2 apples, 2 large silverbeet (spinach) leaves and a handful of parsley - and only take a minute to drink! Much quicker and tastier than eating them whole.

Because the fruit and vegetables in juices are already partially processed, the nutrients they contain are assimilated and utilized by our bodies very rapidly, so we receive the many health benefits much sooner.
