Cooking Destroys Valuable Nutrients

Valuable and sensitive micronutrients are damaged when foods are heated or cooked. Cooking and processing food destroys these micronutrients by altering their shape and chemical composition. Avoid all processed foods and eat only organic vegetables and fruits unless not otherwise possible. Most of us do not, or cannot abide by this sort of diet, however, juicing fresh and vegetables is a way that you can get all the nutrients without damaging them.
